Any idea where I can get hold of a front bumper insert for my Mk3 Ibiza cupra?

And how easy is it to fit?

do you mean the grill for the centre section with the S on it?

Or do you mean the bump strips?

IIRC first is about £28 and second is about £25.

Easy to fit mate. Just unclip from the bumper. Make sure you tape up the bumper in the corners when you start to remove the strip. Will stop you flaking the paint!
