Bumper painting - near southampton?

I need to get my new bumper painted, just wondering if anyone out there knows of a good cheap body shop to do so? pref cash in hand! lol!

Its for a track car, so doesnt have to be ferrari standards!

majority of places will charge around £100-140 for a bumper
