Bumper's parts removal

Hi friends. Formentor's group nobody not answering. Maybe there yours help me.
Possible change parts 16 and 41 without removal bumper ( and don't break, and return back?).

The tabs need forcing out from the back, so unless you have a lot of room I'd say the bumper will need to come off.
