Not used this one but I have had a memory module fitted for over 7 years and no problems at all.

Just make sure if it dont work you can send it back and get a full refund.

Hey Guys. Newbie here from Australia. FYI, I purchased one and installed it. It does what it's meant to do. I now have
1. Auto Stop Start Disabled (You can get a cable from Aliexpress for $20) but doesnt do the other things like...
2. Have the Driver Mode set to Individual and it remains in Individual everytime I start the car. Love this feature.
3. Have Lane Change disabled (I know you can code this)

To do it, you disconnect the battery and get right under the steering column and fiddle with the plug to connect this one. I posted something on the FB Aussie Cupra page where you can read here about it. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1CVdP8Kmhx/

Hey mate. No issue at all. Nothing. Auto Stop Start gone and the last settings memory is fantastic. I set my driver profile to Individual and it stays on Individual every time you start the car. Also Lane Change assist remains off too. So whatever your last settings are, it will do just that. You really need to get under the steering column, have a little torch and once you unplug the cable and fit the module in-between, your all done. Hope that helps.

I received the module today and was excited to install it tonight, but I just can't get to the plug because of all the things in the way e.g. steering column.
Any tips to offer?

Thanks for the offer mate but I had another go out at it after getting some advice from Burteq’s Jan.
Pleased to advise I was able to successfully install and it’s working perfectly.
Super impressed with the module and with the great service Burteq/Jan provide.
