I love my new 1.4 compared to my old corsa. But the MPG are not cool at all.
Can't wait to build up my no claims and get a FR or maybe a cupra we shall see.

i know how you feel buddy, i was in the same boat but trust me it will be worth the wait!!

You guys are making me feel so much better about the mileage! I thought it was bad as my family are from Lincolnshire and I go up there about 5 times a year (500 miles return).

This year will be worse as going up to Perth and back aswell as the trups to Lincolnshire!

I got 39MPG out my cupra today!!

i got 33.4mpg average and umm 52.3 mpgs average at different times a big difference lol but yeah nice car mate i did a jump from a 1.4 75ps to a pd100 that lasted 6 months then i got my Fr lol gonna keep the Fr tho canonman save some money go straight for the Fr hope the car is still there in a weeks time mate! good luck

I got 55mpg today till I hit the A1. Killed it right down to 23 standstill for miles.

Thanks Bud, I do it odd but I fuzzing every night thinking of it, odd really when I have a brand new car already.

canonman - it will be well worth the wait!! i drove the pd 100 and the fr, the fr is just so much more imo.

ST- I am thinking of buying it new now as they give me 7k back for my F sport and 10k for the car might be able to get it down abit more, but then it will be 18 months old, 08 coming out plus the do 0% finace so time paid it back over the 3 years or less (which I want to do) might aswell get a brand new one
