Hi ... I'm due for the big bill at Xmas for a cambelt and water pump change... The question is. . Would you take it to a seat dealer or take it to a vag registered business who has a vw/seat/Audi stamp ? Not quite sure on the cost saving as of yet but I'd imagine it would be a big saving

Not sure what to do

VW Specialist everytime
+1 for that

Not necessarily since sometimes the main dealers offer special fixed prices for cambelt changes. But with a VW specialist you know they'll do a proper job. I've used a local specialist for a few years now, both for my previous A4 and now for my Exeo.
The Exeo's going nowhere near a Seat dealer unless it needs warranty work!.

ive got a few friends who have worked for specialists or still work for them

My two local SEAT dealers tend to have lots of apprentices working there... i know they have to learn somewhere but not on my LCR :cartman:
