Can't help you with the part number but i know the gasket for the VVT cam chain tensioner can leak, is the oil leak coming from the right hand side (stood looking under the bonnet) Above the engine / gearbox joint.

Apparently the leak from the VVT gasket is quite common and often thought to be rocker cover gasket.

Half moon gasket under vvt is the most common cause although rocker cover gasket do leak too. I do the vvt gaskets and rocker cover gaskets together to avoid future probs.

I have the same symptoms as above(leaking right hand side at the back above gearbox).

So is it just the one half moon gasket and rocker cover gasket i need? Anything else worth doing when i've got it all stripped down that far?

Speak to Dave at sere on here, cam chain gasket comes as two parts, the half moon and the gasket and costs approx 6.50, I've literally just bought one

I'm not losing oil as such, it's just getting the odd drip onto the manifold then burning off leaving a smell of burning oil, plus it looks filthy so want to get it tidied up. There's a how to guide on here somewhere, but it's a pretty simple job without the guide to be honest.

Will do mate, cheers. Are you only doing the cam chain gasket then or are you doing the rocker gasket an all? I just thought while it was coming off i may as well do it
