hey, anyone got a tip for me, about holding fast and unscrew the lower crankpulley without a special tool ?

just undo the 4allen bolts
you can leave the main 19mm twin hex in
use 19mm to hold crank while undoin allen bolts
you can leave the main 19mm twin hex in
use 19mm to hold crank while undoin allen bolts
i'll try that ! thnx mate !! takin it of cause im changing cambelt, and changing the pulley to a ECS lightweight
