Can anyone suggest an EQ settings?

Hi,

Some idiot friend of mine messed around with the eq settings in the stock cd player (mid,treble,bass)....I tried to adjust it but the sound is either muffled or there is too much bass which makes the doors rattle....can anyone plz tell me a good settings from their car? Iam now on:
Treble +5
Mid 0
Bass +2

just a thing:
a post there by nightflight says: Treble +3, bass +3, rear +3, left +1. sorted
i only have treble, bass and mid....i dont see rear and left...can you point out how to get to them?

bass +doors rattling = good. haha thats how mine is +9. Well not rattling, vibrating.

If Rap/hip-hop it;s

treble + 4

Mid - 1

Bass +6

Fader -1

The speakers does its job but i think it needs more punch.
