Can someone help tracking a sticky please?

This is really quick, I have rattly gearstick in neutral and now it rattles in low rpm in 4 and 5. I read a great sticky on how to cure it (can't remember, but I think it was mk4 specific) with pictures etc.

I have tried searching for it, can anyone else find it please?!

Its a great forum, but the info is everywhere! Difficult to find stuff.

Also, I think people should put like keywords in the title (spelt properly aswell) so that others can find it.
