Model Year 21/22 Cannot change the Primary user after buying aftermarket

Hello fellow colleagues,

I bought a returned Cupra Formentor 2022 a month ago from a dealer in Germany.

Since then I cant appoint myself as Primary user, as the previous owner is still signed in the car and has set his privacy settings at maximum.

Wrote like 10 emails with the support and they requested bunch of pictures and advised factory reset, but this didn't helped.

Any advise what can be done in this case? Is software update going to do the trick. Currently I am with version 1940, which is the original one when the car was assembled I recall.
