Can't get the discs off

Hi, replacing the front discs and pads on my 09 2.0Tdi fr 170.
Got as far as removing the caliper and carrier, removed the t30 torc screw holding the disc on, then thats as far as I got, can't get the disc off.

Gave them a good hit with the old persuading stick but they aint budging.
any suggestions

try grinding/sanding off the lip around the edge of the disc then they should come off

Sounds like the disc is rusted to the hub. Try a big lever bar
