Car Cold Starts When Hot Cupra 290

Hello!

Was hoping to get some advice with a issue on my car.

I have a Cupra 290 2019 and decided to remove the Cat and GPF. Car ran fine, threw up a EML Light as I expected for the GPF and Cat but still ran fine. Few days after I noticed the cold start in the morning would last a little longer than before (Around 50-60 Seconds). Now if the car is warm and all up to temp, if I switch the car off and leave it for more than 5 mins, the next start up will be a 60 second cold start, even thou the oil temp is still at 75 Degrees and coolant at 90 Degrees. If I start the car right after switching it off it wont do a cold start. Its only If I leave it longer than 5mins.

I'm pretty sure the car never use to do this before and I use to own a older model 290 without GPF, I did a decat on that and never had this issue.

Has anyone removed the GPF and had this issue?

Thanks in advance.

I'm not that familiar with tuning past a Stage 1 on my 184FR, but I'd assume if something has been removed from the car it needs to be mapped out.
