In the UK it is a failure of the annual MOT inspection to have anything hanging from the rear view mirror, but if you must hang something on there then there is only one item to choose...

Need the Ford Capri to go with it.
I recommend the California Scents, especially the Coronado Cherry one.
With regards the mirror accessory I have a Buzz Lightyear aerial topper resting on the top of the mirror. Its been on my past 3 cars and since the Leon doesn't have an aerial he quite happily sits there instead!

I can vouch for Coronado Cherry.
I have been using that one (the little tin can) in my cars for the last 10 years
Thanks for reminding me of the antenna toppers, my wife and I bought a couple on our last trip to Disney and I have to fix her Buzz Lightyear and hang my Darth Vader since we don't get an aerial on the Leon
