I had it once where the settings on the SPS corrupted themselves, reverting to valet mode and the only thing that worked was Valet mode. Reset/reassign the settings using your laptop then try it in the car again. It won't need a dealer reflash

I did this before i saw your post actually! I connected SPS to laptop and re-saved my settings. I loaded it into the car and everything is back to normal all my power is back again! It drives perfectly fine with no funny ones in the rev range. Changed boost from 6 to 7 as i have the intercooler now and it's ridiculously quick
SPS settings i'm running are:
B - 7
T - 5
F - 8
Thanks for everyone's input, it's been such a headache this week and so glad i have it resolved before Christmas and New Year.
So remember, if you have Revo then get the SPS, well worth it and saves you driving to your dealer to change settings or if you get any weird situations like this!
