Had my car done its first service there due to at the time there being no dealership in Aberdeen. They STILL insist that my fog light covers and parts that the number plate have been attached to are painted. I bought the car brand new and have since seen 2 other cupras with the same. They refuse to admit that they are wrong.(the paint is flaking off) . Also if you have any mods at all they write in the service book"THIS CAR IS NOT STANDARD". fe=-ing jobs worth. Cup holder was broken and needed a replacement, so they covered the old one with WD40 and let it drip all down my NON STANDARD headunit. Cant wait to get it sorted at the new dealership in Aberdeen. The lads there all seem really keen at the no!!!

That seems pretty unfortunate as i've had nothing short of excellent service both times i've been there. Was going to start a thread about how good they were...

I went there with aftermarket alloys and they didn't make any note of it. Hope you get it sorted out.

I'm not too impressed with them either - at my service asked them to install iPod connection and it wasn't connected up properly (needed to be grounded - apparently they didn't know that).

Also had to get the steering rack replaced under warranty last week - steering is a lot stiffer and steering wheel not centred now.

Going to see if either Specialist will take the car in and resolve the steering issues or whether Car Services will agree to picking up any costs in Specialist carrying out the work.

About time Aberdeen got a Seat dealership again - wonder how long this one will last?

Little late to the party but mixed results from me:

Went in for leakyness

Round 1: Said it was fixed - bout 100 quid. 2 weeks later guess who got a free foot bath?

Round 2: They took it back and lifted carpets/soundproofing and dried it out and tried with the leak fixing again. Everything seemed fine. Still the windows liked to steam up :( - No charge....

Round 3: Back in and they have it for a day and a half. Parents pick it up as I'm at work. No charge but it smells like silicone sealant. So far so good and the only dampness I have detected is that of me putting wet feet in the car....

Still smells a little musty mind :(
