Car Shampoo

Is it wise to use a Wash & Wax shampoo then polish your car, or is it better to wash your car with shampoo only then wax/polish it?

just use a dedicated shampoo.

I have a selection of the following:

Bilt Hamber Auto Wash
Zaino Z7
AG Bodywork Shampoo (loads of that stuff)
Megs Nxt Gen Car Wash

I prefer the BH Auto Wash out of the lot

I can't comment on it as I have not had the chance to use it yet but I did purchase a bottle from rubbish boys. Well, it was a kit but had BH Auto Wash in it.

I love the BH stuff. Only need 5ml per 10liters. very slick!

sorted have got my self the Auto wash and its excellent, got my self a clay bar and this is also excellent!

just need to figure out how to clean it, have head you just roll it like playdo but it seems too hard to roll!!!!
