Cars losing lots of power

I had a thread similar to this before Christmas. Back then, I thought it was the maf as I was running the 3" but with a LCr sensor, now changed that for a Ibiza sensor and still the same.

Both the ABS AND TCS light is on and wont go out even after clearing the fault and disconnecting the battery. Would disconnecting the ECU help?

I had a play with the liquid gauge tonight, foot down in 3rd and only came back as 203bhp peak.

The car pulls well at first and then goes flat but it's still holding boost, it's just not making the power.

Would a rolling road and some logs show the fault? Could it be MAF wiring? How would I check this? Weak spark?

17834 P1426 Tank Vent.Valve Open
16847 P0463 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit High Input

Both to do with fueling by the looks of it

Although the 17834 i think is related to the carbon cannister

Do you have a wideband gauge mate?

I think (17834 P1426 Tank Vent.Valve Open) is a pretty normal code to see if you've completely removed the carbon canister (not left the sensor plugged in)

Although there are normally loads of EVAP codes that pop up too

Not sure about the other one though

Might be worth taking it back to mapper and having it checked?

Anyone you recommend Damien in the area? Would a rolling road be a waste of time? It would show the flatspot surely.

Not sure off the top of my head, maybe Dave (DPJ) but he lives up near Scotch Corner..

I did have a Chinees copy cable that worked but I cant find it (think I must of bined it)..

That's ok Damien, I think it will be going back to jabba soon anyway to diagnose the problem and I have added a few bits since the map, also planning a 3" TIP.

Had a proper computer on today and it brought up a fault with the front left ABS sensor, so this should hopefully solve my ABS light and maybe TCS. So need to have a look at that tomorrow, had problems with the ABS light in the winter.
