Carselect orders

They still cant order my Cupra with the factory and they dont know when they will be able to either...1 week, 1 month, 6 months....

Seriously thinking of not bothering and getting an Focus ST2 instead.

Stu, I thought they ordered them via a Seat dealer and the dealer delivered it to you?

Was thinking of ordering a Cupra with Carselect but no way am I waiting 6months. I saw a lovely Focus ST in red today with ST side stripes.

God glad we stuck with our dealer instead of moving to Car select.. their sales pitch was great reckoning they could deliver a cupra to our door on the 16th May but our dealer said there was no way and I guess he was right

Well been to a Ford dealer today and got a price of £17650 for a 3 door ST2 in white.....giving it some thought now!

Nooo you dont want to do that. If a Cupra is what you want go to a main dealer and get your order in quicK and tell car select to shove it and really they should give you your deposit back as they cant supply you with a car when you want it..Threaten them with Watchdog as Im sure your not the only one with this problem..I can verify that Car select were promising to get these cars in May and that they use a seat dealer who orders for them as thats what they told me.

Carselect havent taken the deposit yet so i should just be able to tell them to rip the order form up.
The ST2 is a decent price though, £2k cheaper than a main dealer Cupra.

You should be able to manage some discount from a main dealer Stu, I did. BUT no where near 2K, but I guess this is to be expected, the ST has been out a while whereas the Cupra, well you know that.

Very similar....normal air con and not dual climate (not bothered TBH) but has a heated front screen...they are only the main differences spec wise that spring to mind.

Well i've ordered a white ST2 with side stripes....have to phone carselect tomorrow to cancel my Cupra order.
