That is the SAI connection, unfortunately I have been looking for a long time for someone to swap an ABD CAI that doesn't have this connection without luck. I have blanked the end with tape and left the silicone on it or I will probably lose it. I have got something planned so I might end up with getting rid of the CAI.
Just had a lil read and there seems to be SO much choice in catch cans? Whats the rule of thumb? I dont want any ebay rubbish, but likewise I cant justify £300 for a forge one! Im at 240bhp on an LC.
Try american ebay. They have some nice cans. When i get home i will post a link up. Tbh there nothing wrong with a cheap can, the dont do anything apart fron collect oil vapours ect. Iv had my toyo can over a year with no problems, however im looking to buy one of these cans from usa.

On my last car the hose went into a bottle, like a 500ml fanta bottle, until i could see what came out then the hose was directed under the car.
As above no need to spend loads on one.
So now lads - send in your pix of various locations, and is there a "proper" piccy & explanation of how it all connects? Dont wana be doing a Sam hahahahaha! any pref with the 15 or 10 mm outlets?
This has confused me - looking at it, then looking at mine - ok so I get how the catch can goes in, and I like this location! but where the pipe comes outa the rocker cover (sorry I dont know the tech name) and goes into the catch can........... usually theres the Y piece there as the other section goes down onto another pipe (currently slight split in my plastic one). But what happens to this said pipe now? LOL!!!
