CCM setting problem Maybe

Had CCM changed by local garage,but since return,boot doesn't lock with remote, alarm only flashes no sound,also car now unlocks drivers door,then others on second click,before CCM all unlocked together.

I have lost faith in them,but need to know if this is a Vag-com issue.

Got a problem with boot lock working(or Not working) with remote.

I have changed solenoid for new one,but still doesn't work right.

I sat in the boot tonight and watched what goes on,if i push solenoid down manually it then unlocks with remote,but it won't lock again and solenoid does nothing.

I have to manually lock with key leaving key hole in horizontal position to leave boot locked.

Any help would be great I'm baffled.

locking can be coded and bleep on lock/unlock
boot issue may be something else

It could be that the ccm has come from the wrong car i.e. if it came out a golf estate or bora the programming will be wrong for a hatchback.
