central locking

i've got an ibiza mk4 but i think there may be problem with the central locking.
when i take the ignition key out of the ignition, only the drivers door unlocks. i've just taken it to the dealership to get it to unlock all doors when i take the key out, but all i got was the drivers door.
does this sound right or should all doors unlock?

Yes, it is normal. This setup comes from factory. It is the same when unloking from remote. At firs push only the drivers door unlokes. I think that you can modify this from computer.

thanks for that i just thought that when the key was pulled out all doors would unlock. thanks anyway
