Centre Armrest and number plate lamps

I have a couple of queries that I'm not sure about so some help would be much appreciated.

I need a new centre armrest for for my Freetrack, but my part number is a revision of what I can find in the part catalogue (mine is the 'b' revision) - does anyone know the difference?

There is one 'B' version on ebay, but it looks pretty rough and most of the others are the 'A' version

Also, the number plate lamps seem as though they should have been clipped in some how, but they've bene pushed through into the bumper - is this a known problem and is there a knack to getting them back out?

Done the lamp holders. Had a little bit of an idea anyway so just tried it - removed the cover and lamp bulb, which made the holder a bit more flexible and pry'd it through with a little screwdriver
