change turbo seals

does anyone know how easy it is to change the seals in a turbo? i brought a hybrid turbo but think seals are gone in it? is it easy to change the seals over or would i need expert equipment?

You'll want to send it off to somewhere that can balance it etc

CRTurbos etc

yeah wanted to take off an refit to car same day but think will have to send it to cr turbo as they said will do work. thanks anyway
