Changing LED ballast

Has anyone changed the LED ballast on the mk4 lights?

I had a dealership replace my entire right side headlight which is now crisp white making the left side look yellow in comparison!

Wondering if anyone knows how hard getting to the ballast is for me to fit a new LED module and hopefully get both sides looking the same? The headlights also need coding to the car whats the chances changing the ballast will make the module need recoding??

How old is your vehicle? How do you know it's the ballast? If you got a new headlight, do you also have new LED bulbs.

The vehicle is a 2020, the LED units on them are sealed but its usually possible to replace the ballast which contains the DRL led

Sorry, bad translation. Of course, I meant that the new headlight has new LEDs, which explains the color difference. Personally, I don't think it's the ballast.
