Hi, I have recently brought a seat altea xl (07). I am trying to change the time on the clock on the dash trip display forward to summer time, but i can't see how you do it. I have the half hight smaller standard display which i have read on another thread does not have a main menu, unlinke the larger tall display. I have read the whole chapter in the manual to check i haven't missed it, but the only instructions for changing the time apply for the larger display via main menu. This is really bugging me, there must be a way for the small display. They cant't expect you to have a clock permanently set to an incorect time for half the year!! If anyone could shed some light on the matter, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Using the small knob/button below the rev counter, turn it left or right to set the time. (May need to be pushed in).

Re-setting Clock

Sometimes, (though not too often) they do leave out things that 'they' deem beneath them to explain. The handbook is a real mixture of good, approximate and Guess? P58 in the handbook says " turn the setting knob (below the rev counter) anti-clockwise to the limit to set the Hour. If the knob is turned briefly anti-clockwise the clock will advance 1 hour.
Hope this helps
