Charging pad under Radio

Hi folks
I have just recently bought a 19 plate ST FR 190 sport and tried to charge a phone but did not seem to do anything, I had a 17 plate Excelence
and that did it without any problems.
Does this mean this is a backward step or am I missing somthing ?

Obviously ! as it worked on the previous car like I said

If under your AC controls looks like this then you don’t have wireless charging:

The factory fit wireless charging looks like this...

It’s expensive to retro fit, so I made my own...

but a couple of questions, 1, where did you get the pad from, 2, where did you connect it?

All covered here in my build thread. Posts 193 to 203. Which reminds me, now I have my new phone and case, I'm going to design a new cover to help reduce the chance of it sliding under heavy cornering. I was previously waiting for the new iPhone, but all the rumours on its size,means I've just gone with an 11 Pro instead.

Looked at your link, and thats great, I have seen some charging pads of various prices but I need to see if I can get the
bit out from under the radio, as I would like to get behind to make the connection, as I hate to see wires floating about.
I will have a look in time and see what I can do, Thanks again
