Chrome / Silver (FR) Mirrors - Yey or Nay?

As the the title says - just in general - are you a lover or a hater!?

Considering on my Black Magic Cupra you see - thought they were pants originally but now they are growing on me! lol

Depends on what colour the car is. I've seen them on darker coloured cars and thought they looked ok... but then saw them on lighter colours and thought it was horrible.

Black, blue, red, grey, silver... all fine IMO. Everything else, I'd rather have colour coded.

Rob - i notice you have the fabia rear wiper - does it clean the same amount of screen as standard etc?

It's about a cm shorter, but you don't notice any difference in reality. If you didn't know it was shorter you wouldn't think there was a problem.

not a fan of shiny things, maybe matt silver lke the fr especialy on a graphite cupra but thats as far as i would go

The FR mirrors aren't chrome, they're silver/grey. I hate chrome, it generally just looks wrong on cars.

I did like them, but my FR has them painted black to match the bodywork (original owner didn't like the silver ones). Now I think it looks better this way.

more cupra r like, wich it should look that way, why on earth if they give them the replica wheels and front bumper, why did they do silver mirrors anyway

I dunno, the whole point in the FR's and silver mirrors was a ploy to atract people towards the old shape leon towards the end of their manufacture i guess??

Plus a further indication and associated class due to the affiliation with Audi?

I like them actually on the black cars only.... but then recently i have been thinking that they didnt look as good, so i got mine changed to black chrome and that DOES look good!

don't like em think they make the car look tacky imo,
off topic and apologies in advance but slick where did you get the alloys mate,am looking for some in black-not that style you have but am finding it hard to track some down,especially with the 5 stud and pcd of the leon?

Did have the Ali mirrors on my Ebony Black S3 though and they looked the **** IMO

Sick...a colour shceme is where its at...random bits of chrome look tacky.
