cleaning oxidized aluminium in situ

Anyone got any tips to clean light corrosion off aluminium engine parts? The throttle body etc. I dont want to strip them off.

No, does it work without rubbing? Id have to dismantle a lot if so.

Yes it acts like active foam, but i think its expensive.
