Climatronic settings

Does anyone know how to change the default temperature setting on Climatronic?

Whenever I switch on 'Auto' it always defaults to 22 degrees and then I have to manually adjust the temperature setting to my liking.
Is there anyway to change the default setting to one of my own choice so that I don't have to keep adjusting it every time?

A fault? When ever I press Auto it remembers the last setting of 18. Only way I can see to changing it would be to use a VAGCOM.

I have managed to change the default temp that Auto is set to so it is possible. I just don't know how I did sorry.

doesn't it always default to the previous setting? Mine does. But then I have it on Auto 99% of time.
