Clockspring/Steering wheel Control unit coding help

I just picked up a used Leon 1P (2010) 2.0tdi with a flashing glow light

Having plugged it in to a diagnostic reader the issue is that during a previous replacement of the clock spring the new unit was not coded to the car

I am here to see if anyone can help me work out the correct coding so I can stop the glow light flashing and have the cruise control working.

The new part is 5K0953569AL, the coding on it currently is the generic factory 7982A00000

I do not have access to the old unit(it is long gone) I also do not have access to VCDS long coding helper

I do know some of (probably) the correct coding

It’s definitely on my radar as a potential,
I believe this byte is steering wheel and transmission spec.
The current (default) code is 82 and to be fair, the MFSW works and there are no transmission errors (my vehicle spec is 6 speed manual)
82- 10000010
8A- 10001010
I might just try each and see what errors appear.
