1 . is the only thing i need to keep from the old setup is the top mounts ?

2 . how do i know what the ride hight is gonna be ? is it the closer to the bottom the helper spring is , the lower its gonna be ?

the£200 ones on ebay , they look ok , ill give a proper verdict once fitted

ps thanks f1btn , and roelich , the helper spring is the smaller/thin one .
