Coilovers or Springs

Looking at getting my suspension done soon and just wondering what people would recommed a coilover set or just lowering springs?

Depends what your looking for out of the kit and also how low you want to go? Budget will also come into it.

I had coilovers on a V5 and lowered springs on my turbo and I'm now thinking of coilovers again, just my opinion but hopefully it helps.
