my front drivers side spring has snapped my dad found a piece on the drive i didnt think to check my car as i havent even passed my test yet. any way its a seat ibiza mk4 1.4tdi 2007 and i dont know what to do either just buy another spring for it or buy a set of coilovers i found these on ebay item number 110516295057 but i was going to buy some 17'' alloys for it however if i put these on i am not going to be able to any ideas on what would look better? and how much would it be to get the coilovers fitted?

The coilovers you have posted are generally seen as being horse manure! However there are a few guys running them with no issues. Personally i'd save for some FKs or APs etc...

Also, i'd lower the car first, then put some wheels on. However you should have no issues running 17" with lows, many people on here are fine!

on a slightly more serious note.
have you considered how these alloys and coilovers would effect your insurance? it will be expensive anyway on a standard car...

if you really do want to uprate the suspension go for a spring shock set rather than coilovers.

in all honesty i think you should simply get a pair of new oem springs.

try getting quote off insurance companies with your car as standard first, see how much it is, then get some quotes with the wheels and coilovers on.

there is know doubt that the mods will make your insurance more expensive, but just getting a quote won't hurt ;) then after work out which is best to you and your budget

I'd keep standard actually mate, learn to drive it as it is first. Then once you have learnt that then start changing things, just make subtle changes to keep it looking tidy till insurance comes down.
