I've got joms on my mk4 cupra tdi and the comfort is massively improved over standard and the handling not significantly worse imo.
One thing i will say is budget for adjustable drop links as the puma/mondeo links which are recommended aren't short enough for serious lows and will casue the arb to foul the drivers side driveshaft.
tbh though if you want good ride, full adjustability and good handling budget to spend a lot more as all coilovers below 800 plus tend to have their faults and i've tried most.
