Do not use these clowns.

Just had my first service done and got back to find that the bloody service book has not been stamped meaning I will have to go all the way meaning a 40 mile round trip. For the £193 I was charged my car was also given a "valet". What a joke. My local 3 quid Kosovan car wash does the job about 100 times better and the inside looked dirtier than when I left it!

Oh well. Won't be using them again.

this the one on the warwick road in acocks green?
i wouldnt ever take my car there, i was standing at there parts desk looking staraight in to there workshop and noticed 2 techs scratching there heads at a ibiza fuel flap that would not close, the one then decided to whack it as hard as possible and smash the **** out of the locking mechinism, he had a quick look round to see if any one was looking , closed the fooked flap and walk away. oh dear.

This is unbelievable... Just an update to my original post.

I drove over to Warwick today and on my way over noticed a rattle when I drove above 70mph. Got back this evening and had a quick look underneath and have found the plastic cover hanging off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can these people be so incompetent that the exact same thing happens to two owners in this forum!! I'm so mad yet I just can't be bothered to contact them about it as I really do not want to leave my car in their hands ever again. I just hope everyone on this forum reads and NEVER uses that dealership.

Another quick update...

Called up the new dealership on the Tyburn Road this morning to see if they could supply me with the clips for the under tray. Service department were really helpful and told me to come in straight away so went down and were as good as their word. Got the car up on the ramp, secured the cover and even did a pressure test on the exhaust while they were at it since it's been sounding a little blowy lately.

So top marks to Central Seat for sorting out Colliers mess. I know where I will choose for my next service!
