Coming home lights

Hey,

Does anyone know the sequence to set up coming home lights on mt SC sport? I have the convienience pack on the car so it should be included. I have looked in the manual and a sequence of turning switches, opening door and turning ingition off is mentioned, but this does not work. I would imagine once activated it should work every time? As long as the headlight switch is left on?

Hey! First post!

Duno if its the same, but in the corsa I had before the Ibiza you turned off the car, removed key, opened the door, flashed the full beam and that was it.

ibiza? Dunno if that version is on market there though. In the middle of reference and style.

Just searched it at seat.com , it doesn't exist :S but on local seat site it exist. Strange.

Mines the sport, but when you add on the convienience pack it also adds the coming home lights We sure need them in the winter here

Basically when you park the car at night the headlights stay on for a pre set amount of time to light your way into the house.

On my Altea they only work if the Lights are on Auto.

what you need to do is

turn the car off

Turn the lights off

open the door

then pull the the leaver as tho you are flashing someone and the lights will come on

lock the doors and then they will go off after while

in the manual it does say push but you have got to pull

I've been wondering the same, as the Coming Home lights used to activate automatically in older VW group cars without the need to flash the headlights on.
