I’d not be too concerned at a small amount of misting inside the headlamp, but I would consider ‘excessive’ condensation to be unacceptable.

Dealer who replaced my light said; misting, normal. Soaking, light's fecked.

The rear lamps have been a known and well covered issue for Seat, many were changed under warranty due to cracking and splitting. It seems to be just a heat issue on the headlamps though, worse on the LED types due to less heat at the front of the lamp compared to the back of the lamp. This also affects other makes with LED headlamps as well, take a look when you walk through a car park! Although you might get some strange looks.

I really don't see how hard to would be to make the lights deal with the expansion of the air inside when it gets hot. Shimano hydraulic brakes have a rubber diaphragm on top of the reservoir to allow the oil level to rise and fall while keeping the system sealed. You could do something similar on the lights, a bladder that got drawn in and out as the air volume changed with the temperature.
