Confused Cordoba owner.

Hello,

My Fiance and I have just bought a W reg Cordoba and had the two front brake discs, pads and the nearside calliper replaced. Since having this done the engine check light keeps blinking three times and beeping it's heart-stopping beep. It only seems to be when the car is accelerating in the lower gears. I have no manual and I can't seem to find a Haynes one for the MK2 anywhere. I don't even know of anyone else with the TDi Sport model so far. Any help or speculations would be very much appreciated!

Alex topped up the oil level but the beeping is still happening. Up slight gradients and sometimes when it is wellied.

The (!) light comes on and flashes with the three beeps.

Could be something not properly done when the brakes were done, check the brake fluid and that everything was connected up right,
