Control module for front parking sensors retrofit

Hi,

I am trying to collect all parts needed for front parking sensor retrofit on Seat Leon 2017. Car already has rear sensors. I am following guide from

I found several control modules in local on line store and eBay but with different last letter, for example :

Control Module - 5Q0 919 294
5Q0 919 294 L
5Q0 919 294 K

I do not know what means last letter 'L', 'K' and are there way to be sure part will fit in my car ? I asked seller and they are not sure.
