Yesterday my convenience functions (folding mirrors, lowering windows) stopped working. They worked in the morning, they didn't work again in the afternoon after whole day at the car park of my office. I tried the second key, but behaviour is the same.

Is it possible that because of heat some control module died? Is there any methods I can try to restore this functions or am I condemned to visit the authorised garage (the car still on warranty, I have it a year)?

Thanks for any hints.

Do the one shot windows still work from the window switches ?

Partially

Do the one shot windows still work from the window switches ?
Partially (as I've just found out), I was able to open three and close three from inside when ignition is on. The rear right window doesn't work that way, can be lowered only by holding the switch. :(

That is the problem.

Try resetting that window

push the down switch and keep it pressed until 5 secs after the window is fully open
press the up switch and keep it pressed until 5 secs after the window is fully shut

check that the one shot now works

hopefully you will also have total closure/opening active again

No luck

Does it need to be this door button? Or can it be drivers button? I tried you method using drivers button - no luck.

The only thing I've noticed with this window is that I keep it pulled up in upper position, then the window won't go down at first attempt, I need to press the button again. This doesn't happen all the time.

Might need to be the switch in the door ( not sure I have an SC )

Sounds like you might have a switch or sensor issue in that door.

Seems the temperature broke the sensor, I tried the same procedure using this door's button withouot luck. But I've noticed that if I keep in in the half press or half pull position and the windows is in final position I hear some clicks inside the door from time to time. Switch should be fine as actually nobody uses it normally.

Thanks for advice.

Battery in remote is low so it stops all functions apart from open doors

I put a new battery in the key and I was able to fold the mirrors once. When I tried to open windows, they moved down like a millimetre and stopped. The mirrors didn't work anymore after that. It's definitely related to these doors where the window automation doesn't work.

This happened to mine. I managed to reset it using the drivers window buttons. I did it by holding the button until late the window opened. Released it and then pushed down again imidiately for around 10 seconds. Then did the same for shutting the window.
If this doesn't work then try it without releasing but for longer than 5 seconds.

Doesn't work for me. Moreover I've noticed sometimes I can't lower that windows by fully pressing this button. It jumps a bit then stop. I need to release the button and press it again. But works only if I keep the button pressed.
