What is the fuse for, Which haynes manual do i buy to cover the seat leon?

think you must had some water in there? must have caused a shock and blowing the fuses.

is the battery suppose to be covered up?

yeah the battery was covered i removed the cover one day looking around and found this.
What is the fuse for, the car runs fine, if i remove it will it reset things?

looks like the common melted fuse box that you get on the mk3 ibizas, didnt know it effected leons too.

Isn't that where the aircon / radiator fan fuses etc sit?

as the inside looks like an audi a3?

There isn't a haynes for the Leon, you'll need autodata or elsawin i think.

you wont need a manual these had the same problem as the leon and just replace the box

yeh this is the main connections for whole cor. You would need to change the whole box. Upon fitting the new box and connection. add some copper grease to help main the connectors.

yeh seem so, best to get it checked and find any loose or dogy wires.

The leftmost 30A fuse is S180 and is for the radiator fan low speed setting. Replace it, and if it keeps blowing you need to have your fans looked at.

Is the fusebox damaged, or is it just the fuse that has disintegrated?

There is no Haynes manual for the Leon or the Toledo. The nearest is for the Mk. 4 Golf, this one
