Hi All,

2015 Seat Leon FR 2.0 TDI

The smaller hose connector on the hard plastic bulkhead fitting for the inlet to the heater matrix has snapped, causing me to loose A LOT of coolant.

Has anyone had much luck in replacing this connector or coming up with a short term fix?

Photo of the culprit and screenshot of the coolant hose schematic (black circle, line with NRV No.11) included.

Note No. 12 is the heater matrix.

From memory, I don't think the plastic piece is available separately from the hose.

I think you're right.

Looks like the part number is 5Q0122157CE.

Looking at it, I reckon you could remove the hoses and just use the fitting.

Happy to be corrected though!

The image is how it's supplied, as a full piece.

You could remove the large hose and use a jubilee clip, the smaller hose has a reusable spring clip.
