well received the new pump housing today so you would think that everything would be good

no chance!!! :thumbd:

There was no clog nozzle detector in the box with it. which was the part that was missing from my first order and was meant to be sent with the replacement pump housing.

To make matters worse when i asked about the clog nozzle detector i was told that it was in the box and once again they would not listen to me when i said that it wasn't :argue:

Now they wont answer any of my emails i even sent them a picture of the customs declaration label which states that what was in the box was only a pump housing and no mention of a clog nozzle detector.

What I'm worried about now is if i fit the kit without the clog nozzle detector and the nozzle does get blocked up then i could end up with a blown engine.:drive1:

What type of company is this? As they are basically stealing my money from me

What can i do to get the clog nozzle detector that i paid for from them?

and why the hell didn't i go for a aquamist kit :doh:

I have answered every single one of your emails. My mananger confirmed 100% that he sent you the clog nozzle detector. I told him to, he said he did and frankly I believe him.

I am going to refund money for the clog nozzle detector (even though you were given it free).

Once again, I am 100% certain we sent you this. I do prefer you would have gone with an Aquamist kit or Snow Performance as well.
