I have an issue with my VZ2 when using from a cold start (first in morning, end of work day, that type of thing).
Around a certain RPM (normally around 2,600) I get an awful sound from the engine that sounds like something rattling which then goes away after a period of driving (so am assuming it is possibly temperature/pressure related). I have tried to get a garage to look at it but obviously requires the car to be in that "cold" condition and they didn't really seem to put a lot of effort into replicating the issue.
Today I thought I would play with OBDEleven and see if anything was noticeable in there.
Starting the engine and letting it settle to idle, for exhaust I got
For intake I got the below and the fluctuating for actual was hitting as low as 13 and as high as 17
I then left the car running for a while to simulate where the noise would disappear and found the exhaust phase had changed and intake actual was basically now sitting on 15
Could that initial fluctuating on the intake actual suggest there is an issue with the chain on a cold start?
