couple of fault codes, anyone help please

had a search around, poinnted to lambda1... wondering if the codes are related.

no noticeable drop in performance or anything

codes are

16795/P0411/001041 - Secondary Air Injection System: Incorrect Flow Detected

p0134 - O2 Sensor Circuit - No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
or O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

ill have a check at the wires for the lambda, but the first ones been hanging around for a while now, just noticed the 2nd code on a rescan

dont have vagcom unfortunatly, although i may have to invest.

Possible Solutions

* Check Fuel Pump Relay (J17)
* Check Hoses/Pipes to/between Components
* Check Secondary Air Injection Pump (V101)
* Check Secondary Air Injection Pump Relay (J299)
* Check Secondary Air Injection Solenoid Valve (N112)

A code P0134 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

Bad O2 (oxygen) sensor
Bad heater circuit in the O2 sensor
Wiring or connector to the sensor frayed / broken
Blown heater circuit fuse
Holes in the exhaust system
PCM failure

guys ive looked at all the definitions on ross tech, i have a hand held scanner aswell, and searched this forum, my question was really has anyone had this and did the lambda renewal work...

also the secondary intake problem... ideas for the fix on this. no split hoses to the sai etc.
