right im getting a mis fire under load any ideas?? just changed plugs and all coil packs.../??


also i see you need to run spaces on the rear to get ibiza to handle properly .. im running standard cupra wheels with a drop off about 50mm i think not to sure cos its on coilovers the top off tyre is in line with the top of the arch .. any ideas wat spacers i need and where i can get them the cheaper the better i dont want it rubbing

Missfire will be spark plug or coilpack related or possibly maf...

as for the spacers have a search lots covered on it iirc you can get away with 20mm on the rear try hubcentrics on the bay they the ones seen on here alot...

Did you set the plug gap properly? Could be MAF or Coolant Temp Sensor if its not plugs or coils.

Get it hooked up to vagcom tho rather than keep quessing

yeah i have changed the maf and coolant temp sensor to .

need vag com to check if its all 4 are miss firing -
if it is just one, and you have changed the plug and coil pack, could be the wiring to the coil pack -
thats what mine was

could try disconnecting the maf and driving it and see if it happends - i have had new new maf's and they were faulty -

maybe the coil packs are not sitting on the plugs properly. !!!! and you may not get a code on vag com.

where did you get your coilpacks from.???? if you say eurocar parts then i would say take them back!!

What plugs are they first of all?

15mm spacers you need.

mine started missing amd vag com told me it was coils so deffo worth seeing if there is anything else on there

get standard ones from seat too so much better and aint anymore expensive

and i got 20mm spaces from : motorsportworld were 42 pounds or something do 15mm too

You need longer bolts as well for anything over 10mm.
