Creaking from Rear Suspension

Sometimes when going over bad speed bumps or when I get in and out of the car the rear suspension will creak, it does it if I open the door and push down on the sill quite hard too. I am thinking the rear beam mounting bushes are shot (??) Car is a PD130 Sport, has done 78k, standard suspension etc.

Did'nt you know that creaking suspension was standard with the ibiza lol?

Seriously though, i had creaking clunking sounds from the rear of my old mk4 and it turned out to be the rear shock mounts. The creaking when getting in and out of the car is normal though, seat did'nt fit some kind of spring component that are fitted on vw and audis that prevent the creaking apprantly.

Mines the same the rear passenger side is cray some times I just take them off every now and then and give a bit of grease not the best thing but it stops me spending

If it wasn't so sad it'd be funny, I think all the Mk4s do this when you get in/out of the car. Mine does, has done it since I bought it and that was when it had only done 26k! On 41k now and it still does it.

Just another example of Ibiza build quality, or lack of it.
