Creamy brown Mayo but no coolant loss?

my cars been off the road for a couple of months. I've been starting it occasionally manoeuvring it around fixing odd faults and going for the occasional blast and back. Today I took the oil cap off to have a look about because it seems to be leaking oil out the rocker cover all over the place. Where I noticed a slight bit of milky substance , but under the little recess where the cap screws onto I found thick creamy brown stuff. Instantly I've sh*t a brick thinking head gasket. But the coolant is clean and the level hasn't dropped. Any thoughts?
Thanks

I think these engines do leave a little mayo on the cap if not taken out on a run for a while. It's to do with the engine getting up to temperature. Mine does if I don't use the car much, doesn't appear if I give it a good blast regularly. Keep an eye on it, should be fine.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'd not the HG! By the way does yours condensate a lot on start up by the way?

I won't lie, I had to google Italian tune up lol but ok I'll try not to fret until I give it a good run. and yeah same mine is quite excessive when it comes to condensation and acts exactly as yours does.

Just to confirm when mine doesn't get used to much I also get the mayo. Nothing of concern. Also condensates a lot in colder ambient temps like we are having at the moment.

I had this with my old Astra 2.0t Sri pretty common from what I read. Like mentioned above it's to do with short journeys and condensation in winter etc. Just keep an eye on your water to make sure it isn't anything serious though
