Cruise control retrofit problem

I have fitted the correct stalks and wiring.
I have enabled the functions in 2 places on vcds
But I am getting a implausible error when the cruise control is switched on
I have checked the functional readings in vcds and it turns on and the set and reset buttons work fine but the cancel signal is active in the on position and off in the cancel position
Can anyone help
Also I have checked the wiring twice,the kit was supplied by agerman company

The cruise control is SwaP protected, I assume the same is true for the Ibiza. SwaP is software as a product; a digital key is required for it to work. In this case, it's control unit 19 that requires SwaP activation. Who doesn't have an activation document with them? What did you buy and where?
